Prepared using fresh, quality produce from local producers and wholesalers, the cuisine at the Air Marin restaurant is homemade. Traditional and gourmet, it celebrates the beautiful Charente specialties and delicious seafood. Between land and sea, the menu changes with the seasons in the "brasserie" formula.
Desserts that you can enjoy during your stay at the Air Marin on a full-board or half-board basis, on a business trip during a stopover near Rochefort, but also in a group during a Stop-Lunch or an event to celebrate on the Charente coast thanks to our large capacity (100 covers).
